Integrated Energy Therapy ® - IET
IET is a highly effective and gentle healing technique. Cellular memory in our physical and energetic bodies store memories of our feelings such as suppressed traumas, fears, emotions, and limiting beliefs. Over time, these memories can affect our energy level, health, and general well-being. IET safely supports you and helps to release these negative emotions while replacing them with positive emotions.
How long is a session?
Sessions are typically an hour in length.
What can I expect during a session?
During an IET session, clients lie fully clothed and relaxed on a massage table while soft, soothing music is played in the background. The session begins by discussing which areas of healing the client wish to focus on: setting an intention. Next, IET energy is systematically directed into specific areas of the body’s cellular memory by means of gentle therapeutic touch. Powerful IET techniques are used to gently get the issues out of your tissues for good.

How does a distant session work?
Distant sessions are governed by two universal laws: (1) energy always follows intent, and (2) all of life is interconnected in an energy grid. Given these laws, IET Practitioners are able to use a proxy to facilitate a distant healing session. Before the session begins, the practitioner speaks with the client to determine a specific date, time, and intention of healing for the session. During the specified time, the client relaxes at home while the practitioner conducts a full session by proxy.
Knowing that energy always follows intent, the practitioner establishes that the proxy being used for the session is directly linked to the client. As the IET practitioner works with the client’s energy body, they are able to connect with the client as if they were there in person. Distance sessions are just as powerful as “hands on” sessions. The experience and effectiveness is not diminished in any way.
